As the Founder of The Bethany Center, I believe we can only find true peace in life when we have a sincere desire to lift the fog/filter of spiritual amnesia that keeps us from knowing God’s truth. As we acquire wisdom and understanding about our Jewish roots, we grow closer to Jesus/Yeshua—the Messiah.
I also believe that God’s plans, purposes and gifts for our life are irrevocable. When I died in 1978, God gave me a mandate for what He wanted me to do and my ongoing life-purpose is to carry out that mandate—that calling. Acquiring spiritual wisdom and knowledge is the “race” we need to run and Yeshua—The Crown of Life is the trophy achieved at the end of the race.
Although I spent many years as a respected businesswoman and ministry leader in my work with The Nathaniel Foundation and The Nathaniel Center, I can’t deny I frequently felt the sting of outside judgment because I challenged the traditional roles of a woman in ministry leadership. I can’t deny the frustration of not being taken seriously—of being thought of as “just a little girl.” And I can’t deny being affected by that little-girl voice deep inside my brain that often echoed my father’s words, “Just who do you think you are, Victoria?” All this “negative noise” acted like constant low-level static in my spirit for years—noise that interrupted my ability to operate at full frequency. Noise that kept me from clearly hearing God’s truth.
Today, that noise has been replaced by shouts of prayer and thanksgiving from countless empowered men and women who have embarked on the journey to discover the Jewish Jesus. We’ve brought together some of the most acclaimed experts and scholars as adjunct professors to our Fellowship and the Bethany Center. We provide Hebrew Classes, Life application training and even offer an Associates Degree at our extended campus of the Institute for Hebraic Christian Studies.
It is my sincere desire that you find rest, refreshment, and a renewed desire to grow closer to Jesus/Yeshua through the numerous outreach programs offered here online and at The Bethany Center.
